Terms of Service
1. What this is
the everything app and gmail-mcp (together, the "software") are personal tools built and operated by Eddy Varela, doing business as Digital Porters (the "operator"), for the operator's own use. They are not offered to the public as a product or service.
2. Use
The software is used solely by the operator, on devices and Google accounts the operator owns. No other person is granted an account, access, or any right to use the software under these terms. Anyone who nonetheless runs a copy of the software does so at their own risk and is responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party service it connects to, including the Google APIs Terms of Service.
3. Third-party services
The software relies on Google APIs (Gmail, Google Calendar), Supabase and Anthropic. Their availability and terms are outside the operator's control. The handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Automated actions (moving cards, labelling mail, creating tentative calendar events) may be wrong; the operator reviews them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the software.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published at this address, with its effective date.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Questions: eddy@digitalporters.com.
