the everything app
A personal Kanban board whose cards are plain markdown files, mirrored to the cloud and worked by Claude Code — scheduled runs read the owner's own inbox and calendar to keep the board current.
Single-user software. This app is built and operated by Eddy Varela (Digital Porters) for his own use. There is no sign-up, no public service, and no third-party accounts. The Google integration (gmail-mcp) connects only mailboxes and calendars the operator owns.
What it does
- Keeps a board of tasks as markdown cards on the operator's computers, synced between his devices.
- Runs scheduled agent tasks — for example, scanning the operator's own Gmail for replies to job applications and moving the matching card forward, or placing tentative work blocks on his own calendar.
- Notifies the operator on his devices when something needs his attention.
